I can remember the scene in 'The City' when Olivia took all the credit for this outfit by DVF for Elle when infact Whitney chose the whole outfit. Olivia has to be one of the most annoyingest people on tv (apart from Spencer and Heidi Pratt) but you just gotta love Palermo, xo
